Heather Bennett,
Associate Director for Benefits/Worksite Wellness Specialist
Providence College
We found IHS when we were looking for a mindfulness practitioner for our health and wellness fair. Since then we’ve had Steph out to conduct workshops every year on different aspects of wellness. Her calm presence instantly makes people feel relaxed and at ease. We continue to work with her year over year to meet the needs of our faculty and staff.
Nicole Voller,
Manager of Total Rewards Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island
We love the down-to-earth personal connection that staff have with Steph. She's such a supporter of balancing self-care with self-compassion and knows how to draw folks in, balancing information with connection and experiential practices. Her way of offering mindfulness to our staff whether in-person or live-online is gentle, invitational and supportive. Steph's the real deal! You won't be disappointed.
Jen McKay,
Work/Life Program Manager
Brown University
Our faculty/staff wellness program at Brown University has been partnering with Steph since 2015. Steph offers thoughtful, well-informed seminars on mindfulness, self-care, and health behavior change topics. Our community appreciates her compassionate, supportive presentation style and the steadfast quiet positive energy she brings to her programs. Her tailored live webinars during the pandemic were greatly appreciated by our attendees who were seeking both words of encouragement and concrete techniques to help them at such a challenging time!
