From 95 South (Providence)
Follow 95 South. Merge onto RI-113 E via EXIT 12A toward R-5. Continue straight through the light (Cross over RI-5/Crowne Plaza will be on your right). Turn right onto Post Road (Jefferson Blvd will be on your left.) IHS is down on the right.
From 95 North (Westerly, CT)
Take 95 North toward Providence. Merge onto RI-113 E via EXIT 12 toward RI-5/Warwick. Continue straight through the light (Cross over RI-5/Crowne Plaza will be on your right). Turn right onto Post Road (Jefferson Blvd will be on your left.) IHS is down on the right.
From the Newport Bridge (Newport, Fall River)
Follow Rte 138 West through Portsmouth and Middletown to the Newport Bridge (toll bridge). Follow Rte 138 through Jamestown and go over the Jamestown Bridge. Stay on Rte 138 for 2 miles to the end. Take RI-1 North exit (Providence). Follow RI-4 North it becomes RI-95 North/Providence. Merge onto RI-113 E via EXIT 12 toward RI-5/Warwick. Continue straight through the light (Cross over RI-5/Crowne Plaza will be on your right). Turn right onto Post Road (Jefferson Blvd will be on your left.) IHS is down on the right.
