My organization requires that I set up an invoice account vs paying with a credit card. How do I do that?
We understand that your employer may require you to set up an account that includes utilizing invoicing with established payment terms. By simply contacting us during normal business hours, we will learn your needs, help you to establish an account (including sending all contract agreements to review and sign via email). Once that is complete, you may create your online login.
If I set up an invoice account, will I still be able to book classes/webinars online?
Yes. Once you speak with our support staff and have an established account in our system, you are free to book classes/webinars using our online platform.
Can I truly book my programs any time I want?
You bet. Access to IHS's online scheduling is available 24/7 making your life easier!
What are IHS's normal business hours? What if I want to book a program outside of the times on the appointment schedule?
IHS offers worksite wellness programming M-F from 9 am-4:30 pm EST. If you require a custom time that falls outside of our normal business hours, contact us. We may be able to accommodate you.
What software does IHS use to deliver your live-online programming?
Our live-online programs are delivered through the use of a dedicated Zoom account. Once you book your program, you will receive an email with a unique program registration link that you can send to your employees and/or post on your organization's intranet.
What if I need to cancel/reschedule a program after I book it?
We understand that life is messy and plans change. Our online booking feature allows you to cancel/reschedule your appointment right from your login page.
There is no fee for doing this, but we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Under the Buy Now button on each pricing membership page, I see the option to purchase monthly or annual membership plans. What's the difference?
All membership fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel your program membership (both month-to-month and annual plans). You may cancel your membership online or notify IHS of intent to cancel at any time. Annual memberships are offered at a 10% discounted rate.
Some important cancellation distinctions to note:

Monthly Membership- your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund; however, membership access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits including any unused purchased programs will remain active for the remainder of the current monthly billing period. After that time, any unused programs will be forfeited.

Annual Membership- your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current annual billing period. You will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the annual term. However, your membership access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits including any unused purchased programs will remain active and will continue for the remainder of the current annual billing period.
